In-Game Description

The Blue Fyre was designed by Tork Grant as a concept-study and was first showcased at the Augmenta Space Ship Fair. The ship combines both Nivelian and Terran design and merges functionality and elegance with substantial fighting force. Besides arousing admiration, the ship also aroused desire and it didn't take long until the prototype was stolen by the fugitive criminal Urr Sakant.

Notes

The Blue Fyre is a new Ship that appeared in the Supernova DLC. It is one of the Most Wanted Pirate's Ships. After it is defeated it can be used by the player by being bought on the Loma black market.

The Blue Fyre is owned by the criminal Urr Sakant.

It is possible to create your own "Supernova Challenge" with different enemies and without a time limit. Here are the steps for doing it:

• You must have the Blue Fyre.
• Mount 2x Mimung Blasters on side cannons and 1x Mass Driver MD 12 on top cannon as well as at least 5x Patals or more. (These can only be bought from the Kaamo Club space lounge and does not require any add-ons.)
• Mount any necessary equipment to your ship. (Upgrades are optional.)
• After getting everything you need, fly to the Ginoya system and begin fighting. However, the Supernova Challenge takes place in Luur, but if you want to fight in irradiated space then go to Naneroh with a Gamma Shield.
• Since you will no longer encounter stealth fighters after completing the Supernova storyline and it is impossible to obtain the Blue Fyre until the Supernova storyline has been completed, your best choice will be to either fight Pirates and/or Midorians and Nivelians.

Trivia

• The Blue Fyre is the ship used for Supernova Challenge.
• It's the only Most Wanted ship with 3 primary weapons.
• This is the weakest Most Wanted ship in terms of armour and weapons.
• The ship bears a fully blue paint job with flame decals on the sides, this may also why it hence the name "Blue Fyre".
• It appears to have 3 "turret" systems in which a primary & secondary weapon are combined. 2 upside-down on the wings, and one on the top of the ship.
• This is the cheapest Most Wanted ship.
• Unlike most Nivelian ships, this ship doesn't follow the 'head in between arms' structure (where the cockpit is behind, with arms extending outwards and in front from its sides).
• It may be a modified and/or enlarged Velasco, evident in the cockpit and the wings extending down with tail fins above.
• Some players that play the Supernova Challenge before having the Supernova DLC installed may thought that the ship is silver, but it is actually blue. This is because of the reflection from the Supernova or in very bright systems such as Wah'norr, Paréah, and Talidor. The reflections on the ship makes it look silver and shiny, but in darker systems the ship will appear in blue.
