In-Game Description
Only the MaxHeat contains the essences of sun particles from 12 different systems. Their special composition is triggered with electrical stimulation to unleash a continuous chain reaction, allowing for an unprecedented rate of fire.
Notes
The MaxHeat o20 is the most powerful thermal-fusion weapon in the base game (before purchasing the Valkyrie add-on).
Just like all other thermal-fusion weapons, the MaxHeat o20 will home on a target if the scanner has locked on the target, making it very useful when aiming is not easy.
The MaxHeat o20 is the successor to the ReHeat o10 and is the second most powerful weapon in the thermal-fusion series.
Trivia
- The MaxHeat o20 looks like a Reheat o10 with the "fins" folded in.
- In the HD version the MaxHeat o20 fires purple flares but in the SD version it fires red flares.
