  • Despite this fact, the NPC who sells its blueprint claims to know one that fires even faster. This could be a subtle foreshadowing to Mass Driver MD 12's description, which claims it is "the deadliest ballistic weapon that is legally available on the market", implying the existence of superior alternatives that are still in use.
• Though the description says that it is a popular target for thieves, there is no such mechanic where items can actually be occasionally stolen from the player's ship.
