In-Game Description
EMP weapons disrupt the electrical integrity of a vessel, causing the various systems to fail completely. The Luna Blaster is a weak but fast firing weapon, which should be in every armory.
Trivia
- The Luna EMP Mk I is the predecessor of the Sol EMP Mk II blaster.
- This is the weakest EMP primary weapon.
- EMP blasters do not, in any case, cause physical damage to the ship.
- Luna means moon in Latin.
- With no enhancements, it takes 47 shots of this weapon to completely disable a regular NPC ship.
