Keith T. Maxwell is "greeted" by the Voids

Mssion

Upon entering Void Space, several Void fighters "welcome" Keith and Hans, only to discover Alice has duped them and a large fleet of Void Ships is waiting for them, much to Maxwell's confusions. Alice demands the energy cells in exchange for sparing him from the wrath of the Voids. She dismisses Maxwell's threats to stop her plans, as she had more than enough time to plot her retribution. In order to stall for time, Maxwell orders the freighter to dock and hand over the energy cells, but Alice betrays Maxwell and orders the Voids to eliminate him.

Realizing they're outnumbered and short on time, Maxwell turns to Hans for options, who suggests boarding the Valkyrie through its airlock by docking. His scans indicate that one woman and half a man are in the airlock. Maxwell manages to force his way inside with Hans, and confront Alice. They learn that she had transplanted Void tissue with Cornelius, which allowed him to communicate with the Voids at the cost of his ability to speak Terran. Already annoyed by Alice' betrayal, Maxwell decides to take Cornelius to Deep Science and see what they can do while placing Alice under arrest. Hans reports the station is ready for transport to Var Lurpa, and Maxwell returns to Alioth. He notifies Brent Snocom regarding the incident, who redirects him to Damarque I, where Maxwell turns Alice to security and mocks her while he's at it, despite her pleas.

Soon, Maxwell receives another transmission from Snocom. The Valkyrie has been successfully refitted with the Plasma Array's components attached. He advises Maxwell to head there as soon as possible and aid in its defense, as there's no doubt that Trunt Harval's schemes are again in motion.

Tips

• Use nukes to clear a path through the Void fighters and use your cloak as you approach Valkyrie.
  • If avaliable, use Shock Blasts in place of nukes like the AMR Extinctor. It can knock away the clustered Void ships and buy valuable time.
• Stay calm and hack into Valkyrie as fast as you can. Use a cloaking device before docking onto the station, so you get some time to concentrate. Align the leftmost or the rightmost column first, and the rest of the pieces should fall into place perfectly after that.
• BONUS: As Alice sends a large group of Void fighters at you, this is a excellent opportunity to try and get the "Jammer" medal, by waiting for the Voids to group up then firing and detonating one EMP GL DX to stun them all.
• Boost immediately when the cutscene ends, and swipe to dodge the Void attacks.
• This cutscene can be skipped, you do not need to watch it and begin hacking Valkyrie Station right away, so if you fail you can skip the cutscene and try again instead of having to watch it again.
• Bring at least 3 wingmen with you, as they can distract the Voids as you hack Valkyrie Station just in case if your Cloak wears off.
