Actually, this has the fastest firing rate. 0.09 s vs 0.1 s. The higher the loading speed of a weapon is, the slower the weapons fire. For example, the Berger Converge IV has a loading speed of 850 ms (0.85 s), the M6 A4 "Raccoon" has a loading speed of 1300 ms (1.3 s), while the Mimung Blaster has a loading speed of 230 ms (0.23 s). Therefore, the lower the number, the higher the firing rate. So, the Mass Driver MD 10 is STILL the weapon with the fastest rate of fire, even with the Supernova add-on or update. If you think I'm wrong, then calculate it for yourself.
