System Security

From Galaxy on Fire Wiki
Jump to navigation Jump to search

The security of a system is determined by its security level, which can range from Secure to Dangerous.

  • Secure [Green]: Rarely attacked by 1–2 ships.
  • Average [Yellow]: Sometimes attacked by 3–5 ships.
  • Risky [Orange]: Often attacked by 4–6 ships.
  • Dangerous [Red]: Often attacked by 6–10 ships.

Trivia

  • In the Mido System at the beginning of GOF2, pirates never attack the station, even though the system is marked as Dangerous (unless played on Extreme).
  • Only Augmenta, Magnetar, Wolf-Reiser, Beidan, and Shima are Secure but the last three are never attacked as no habitants are roaming around.
  • Most Vossk and all Midorian systems are dangerous, as the Vossk Empire experiences constant infighting, and the Midorian confederation was recently established from the Nevelian civil war, having very little resources to allocate against the vengeful Nivelian Republic and the pirates.
