Station Security

Station security is the security force that protects and defends a space station. Depending on the security level of the system, station security deploys according to the security level. Only two or three fighters compose station security at low levels like secure, but swarms may occupy more dangerous areas. When units are destroyed, reinforcements slowly respawn.

If you destroy any security ships they will all automatically become hostile, and will continue to behave as such unless you dock at the station and pay a bribe. Reputation also plays a role and security will automatically open fire if you are hostile to their faction.
