I use the Veteran and I thinks it's the best ship in the game! 3 primary weapons is good enough with 4 secondary but with a turret the veteran is better than all ships!

I would use a Mantis if: It had a turret!

I would use an Aegir if: It had a turret and 4 secondary weapons!

I would use a S'kannarr if it had 4 secondary weapons!

Veteran is perfect!
