I had a similar situation happen to me when I was busy getting the 'Destroyer Destroyer' medal. It's really quite simple to get back onside with the Terrans--just make sure that they hate you enough, and then enter the space lounge of basically any station. There should be a Terran diplomate in there, you can get them to restore a good reutaation with the Terrans, for the reasonable sum of 15,ooo creds. Do that, and you're good to go.
