That my friend, is a Terran Carrier, you can't kill those, they are 1 of the 2 indestructble units in the game (the other being the Vossk Battleship), the Terran Carrier is the much smaller 4 engined capital ship you see around Terran Space, "The same ship that took you out of the Loma system upon the begining of the campaign"
