Has anyone managed to get a Nivelian signature? I blew up hundreds of Niv ships in their own territory, then went to Mido and blew up hundreds of Niv ships in Mido territory and still no signature!

Vossk seem to be easiest to get sigs from, then Terran/Midoran. But Nivelian don't seem to ever drop them.
