Attention everybody! I also got the bug where I completed this and there was no specter or scimitar (i am on extreme mode). So after you defeat Trunt Harval, Brent will tell you to go to Thynome. Don't. Go to Katashan in Pareah system first. You'll get and see this two ships. So, please have a lot of money before doing the last mission. Purhcase them, then ultimately go to Thynome to end the story. That's the way I do it.
