Sorry for the late reply. This weapon is a ballistic weapon. More close to the raccoon M6 laser from GOF2)  is the weapon left to it (long range laser, also a one shot to most enemies). The game mechanics are a little different (you need to keep locked on in order to fully hit it, which makes it more challenging). I now fully upgraded both weapons and depending on the types of enemies you need to fight, both are long range and deadly.

I'll make a weapon page to add more info on all i unlocked.
