The Occulars are a cyclopic species. There are two "types" of Occulars but it's unknown whether they represent different genders of the species. One type has green skin with orange spots, the other has pink skin with no spots. Both have what appears to be breathing tubes coming out from the sides of their heads and produce bubbles.
The fate of the Occulars is unknown as they are not found in GOF2.
