Meto Morka is a Nivelian, and you might meet him in the Space Lounge of Éhna.

Mission

He asks you to find a sensitive document in Nesla System. After you have done he'll give you 82,500 credits.

          partner. A file with sensitive information has been stolen, and most likely brought to the Nesla 

          System. Search the stations' shops for the file, buy it, and bring it back to me."
