Bribing a Vossk diplomat to "manipulate your data".

Diplomats allied to a select main faction will randomly spawn in Space Lounges if you are hostile to said faction. They will offer to restore your reputation to neutral for around 12,000 to 16,000 credits.

Signatures are an effective alternative to using diplomats, as they cost considerably less than bribing a Diplomat. However, as they set hostility to maximum for its rival faction, this can lead to unwanted attacks on your ship, and they can be invalidated during the crossfire when you attempt to defend yourself. Additionally, your actual reputation still changes even under cover of a signature.
