Decimus is a Terran Planet in the Pan system. The station is above average for weapon and equipment, major traders should stop here to buy organs or to sell implants. There are a number pirates flaoting around this station so, Pirate hunters should use this planet to fight. The blueprint for the AMR Extinctor can be bought in the Space Lounge.
