I think it would be a great change if for once the Terrans were the actual enemy. From my point of view, they seem like a really straight organization. Like the Vossk vs. Terrans sort of compares to Athens vs. Sparta. So, maybe some military coup? This would really change the role of Snocom. He's... government related, so is he even trustworthy? But with Archer41's idea, it would really paint Alice as a traitor if she was helping to build a first prototype of the station at Beidan.
